HVAC Upgrades at Washington center for Aging Services This project will replace 52 PTAC units, two FCUs, and two primary RTUs for the facility. Install High Pressure Gas Lines, United States Naval Academy Tuckman-Barbee will coordinate the installation of HP gas lines throughout the campus, including a valve room and multiple tie-ins and meters at various facilities. London Town Garden and Visitor Center This Anne Arundel County Government project involves the interior renovation of a historic visitor center on the South River.  Numerous displays and artwork will be installed. Repair Hill and Fitch Bridges, United States Naval Academy Deferred maintenance of two bridges, including topside and below water repairs. ATFP Upgrades at Marine Corps Reserve Center, Baltimore This design-build project will provide site improvements, including security fencing, access control gates, parking lots, and concrete walks.
