Tuckman-Barbee to perform phased renovation of existing elementary school.  Demolition and replacement of ceilings, partitions, lighting systems and associated mechanical and fire alarm modifications are needed.

Tuckman-Barbee renovates Layfayette Building for GSA
This project for the General Services Administration is a two phase renovation to three existing restrooms in an occupied Government building.  Of particular note in this project, one of the existing men’s restrooms involved is considered an historical restoration and will ultimately be brought back to its original state.

Replace Two Water Mains at the Officer Candidate School and the Marine Corps Air Facility
The scope of work for this Department of the Navy/United States Marine Corps project involves removing approximately 6000 linear feet of above ground steam piping, supports and 3000 linear feet of sidewalk.
