The new 53,000-square-foot Forensic Science Laboratory for the Prince George’s County
Police Department is a state-of-the-art facility designed to support the specialized work of the Forensic Science
Division. This single-story structure includes advanced labs for DNA, drug, firearms, and instrument analysis,
along with a secure Evidence Intake Center. The project features a full gut renovation and a strategic addition that
improves operational flow. Administrative offices, meeting rooms, and conference areas are equipped with modern
AV systems to support collaboration and training. Prioritizing both performance and well-being, the facility
includes a fitness center, indoor firing range, and bullet recovery tank. Flexible training areas and breakout spaces
encourage innovation and coordination across teams. This future-forward lab reflects our firm’s expertise in deliv-ering
