The Project consisted of: Demolition of an existing 20,000 square foot building to the concrete shell; Addition of two covered porches, new masonry exterior and membrane roof; New drywall partitions and movable partitions to create meeting/banquet rooms; Installation of related cooking and warming facilities; Installation of new HVAC, lighting and sprinkler systems; Installation of various toilet rooms from individual toilets to community rest rooms. Finishes included paint, wall coverings, custom carpet, VCT and custom wood paneling. New storefront doors and windows were installed.
